Forslag til RÅDETS AFGØRELSE om den holdning, der skal indtages på Den Europæiske Unions vegne på den 233. samling i Rådet for Organisationen for International Civil Luftfart (ICAO) til de foreslåede ændringer af kapitel 2 ("Entry and departure of aircraft"), kapitel 3 ("Entry and departure of persons and their baggage"), kapitel 6 ("International airports – facilities and services for traffic") og kapitel 8 ("Facilitation provisions covering specific subjects"), afsnit C ("Facilitation of search, rescue, accident investigation and salvage"), afsnit E ("Establishment of national facilitation programmes"), afsnit F ("Facilitation of transport of persons with disabilities") og afsnit G ("Assistance to aircraft accident victims and their families"), der er indeholdt i ændringsforslag 30 til bilag 9 – "Facilitation" til konventionen angående international civil luftfart ("Chicagokonventionen")
